OBS

OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is the world’s most widely used free, open-source platform for live streaming and recording. Cuez Automator integrates with it directly.

Add OBS as a device in Automator, once connected, Cuez controls media downloads, browser sources, and OBS functions directly from your rundown. Scene switches, source control, stream start/stop, and more. Build automation sequences once. Let the show run.

About OBS

OBS began in 2012 as a small open-source project by Hugh “Jim” Bailey, originally focused on simple screen recording and streaming. In 2013, it was rewritten as OBS Multiplatform (later OBS Studio), expanding to Windows, macOS, and Linux with more powerful features. By 2016, OBS Studio fully replaced the original OBS Classic and has since grown into one of the most widely used free, open-source tools for live streaming, recording, and broadcasting, supported by a global community of contributors.
