An Episode in Cuez is a ‘document’ that combines both your Script and Rundown (Running Order) into a single, synchronized document. This integration allows for seamless collaboration between editorial and technical teams, ensuring that any updates made in one view are instantly reflected in the other.

Yes, Cuez allows you to share an up-to-date, read-only version of your Episode with people who don’t have access to your Project. This is done through a public link that reflects real-time changes, unlike static PDFs or printed copies. To learn more, refer to the full article: How can I share an Episode using a public link?
Cuez offers detailed timing info at both Episode and Block level, such as On Air/Off Air times, Estimated Durations, and more. You can track live or recorded shows, monitor timing accuracy, and customize which timing columns appear in your rundown for better control during production. For more information visit the full article on Timings in Cuez.
Cuez Automator acts as a control layer that connects to devices such as vMix, Tricaster, CasparCG, Viz Flowics, SingularLive, Blackmagic devices, PTZ cameras, and more through open API. With a no-code approach, you can set up and control your whole studio in just a few clicks. Check out our Automator page to learn more.
Download the Cuez Automator at download.cuez.app/automator, install it on your preferred machine (ideally the one running your studio software), and make sure port 7070 is open. Once launched, open the interface in your browser, name your Automator, and follow the steps to pair it with your Cuez project. From there, you can connect your devices and set up media storage.
